Premium True HEPA H13 2 Stage Air Purifier Filter Replacement with Enhanced Activated Carbon. It effectively eliminates 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns in size.
When installing the Carbon Filter, ensure you place the buckle side on top. After installation, press and hold the "Oscillation" button for 5 seconds until the number counts down to 1 to reset the filter. The machine will not recognize the filter without this step.
To reset the HEPA filter, press and hold the "Night mode" button on the remote control. The display will count down from five and return to the default screen.
